Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt of your order without stating any reason — even if you simply changed your mind. Before returning any product, please contact us at info@ewoodcollection.com. ## Return Conditions - The product must be unused and in the excellent condition in which it was received, in its complete original packaging with all contents (instructions, specifications, warranties, etc.) - The original purchase document (retail receipt or invoice) must accompany the return - The withdrawal must be exercised in writing (withdrawal form or clear written statement by email) - Return shipping costs are borne by the customer ## Refund Processing Your refund will be completed no later than fourteen (14) business days from the time we receive proven notification of your withdrawal, to your original payment method. Delivery costs are refundable only if you chose the cheapest standard delivery method offered. ## Defective Products If a product is found defective, we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with your legal guarantee rights. Please contact us on the same day or the next business day after delivery if you discover a defect.
