We ship to an address of your choice anywhere in the EU (plus the UK, Switzerland and Norway), cooperating with DHL EXPRESS and ELTA Courier. All deliveries are shipped from the e-WOOD Collection Distribution Center in Greece.

Delivery takes 1–3 working days within Greece and 3–7 working days for the rest of the EU. Orders placed Monday to Friday are dispatched the next business day; orders placed on weekends or holidays are dispatched the next business day. Remote areas and islands may take slightly longer, as delivery times are estimated by the transportation company.

Shipping is free for orders from €150 in the EU. For other orders, the shipping fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your geographical location and the volume and weight of your order.

Yes. As a consumer you have the right to withdraw within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt — even if you just changed your mind. The product must be unused, in excellent condition and in its complete original packaging, with the purchase receipt. Contact us first at info@ewoodcollection.com. Return costs are borne by the customer, and refunds are completed within fourteen (14) business days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

Yes — every e-WOOD Collection product comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defective materials in the wooden and metal parts and defective construction. Keep your original sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is valid for domestic use and does not cover damage from poor assembly, misuse, accidents, or outdoor/humid placement.

At the time of delivery, please inspect your package for damages in the presence of the carrier. Damages identified after delivery cannot be covered, so this quick check protects you.

Contact us on the same day or the next business day after delivery at info@ewoodcollection.com. If the product is declared defective, we will repair it, replace the defective part, or — if it is no longer available — replace it with a similar product.
