Transactions with your credit balance will be made in the local currency of your card issuer. The gift card can be used for full or partial payment of the amount corresponding to your purchases. If the balance is insufficient to pay your entire purchase, you can cover the difference with other means of payment.

The gift cards never expire.

The gift card cannot be refunded for money or used as a credit card.

In case of a return the products paid with gift card will be refunded by issuing a new gift card or by issuing a credit note. Purchase receipt is required.

Mind Project P.C. assumes no liability for the loss, theft or destruction of your gift card, does not replace it and does not return its value.

Your balance cannot be repaid in cash and it is not attributable to interest.

Mind Project P.C. reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time.

The use of the gift card is an acceptance of these terms.
